- I’m Tito D’Aloia Galante, a Venezuelan creative producer, visual storyteller, and journalist with a multidisciplinary background spanning film production, cinematography, photography, creative campaigns, and talent development.

I hold a BA in Journalism from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), where I began my career in mass media as a content producer for Meridiano TV, Venezuela’s national sports channel. I later worked as a field producer and location scout for award-winning directors such as Elia K. Schneider and José Ramón Novoa, gaining first-hand experience in complex and demanding production environments.

My passion for cinematography grew through collaborations with filmmakers such as Alexandra Henao and Emmy Award–winner Petr Cikhart on projects like Blodimery (Official Selection, Cannes) and Tamara (Best Feature, Santa Barbara International Film Festival). Drawing from both my journalistic work in the most vulnerable neighborhoods of Caracas and my filmmaking experience, I wrote, produced, and directed the documentary Peeking from La Ventanita, focused on childhood development and resilience in marginalized communities across Latin America.

The film was awarded at festivals in more than 14 countries and earned me a scholarship to continue my studies in Spain, where I completed a Master’s degree in Film Production at ESCAC – University of Barcelona.

Since then, I have worked across Spain, Portugal, Italy, the UK, the US, and Latin America, contributing to a wide range of projects as a camera crew member, producer, media strategist, copywriter, and creative consultant. Alongside my audiovisual career, I have also developed experience in talent acquisition and HR strategy, leading teams and recruiting international talent with a human-centered, culturally aware approach.

I am fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, and I thrive at the intersection of creativity and strategy—where bold ideas, collaborative teams, and meaningful stories come together. I’m driven by projects with purpose, cultural depth, and emotional impact.

Outside of work, I’m often discussing sports, politics, and culture, or exploring new places through my lens in search of the next visual story.
